We currently ship within the United States only.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after shipment.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Soft Edit Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
